about

“Two people can look at the same object from different angles and see something entirely different. That is why i like to remix. I like to transform something previously known into the unknown or the different. Turn a heavy song sad, a stripper anthem into a grimey banger, or an apple commercial into my own advertisement.” -ONHELL

Ever since ONHELL delivered a scorching hot mix for our Interview + MiniMix series last year, we’ve been obsessed with his bass-fueled flair. He’s been teasing his latest project, dubbed as Remixtape Vol. II, over the past few months, but it’s finally here in all its glory. You’ve heard some of these tunes in his MiniMix, like his fiery remix of Yo Gotti’s “Rake It Up,” but beyond the tracks we already know and love, ONHELL delivers a versatile package of one-of-a-kind remixes. Some of the standout remixes on the tape include ONHELL’s bass-boosted take on Madvillain’s “Meatgrinder,” his lo-fi rendition of Puddle of Mudd’s “She Hates Me,” and his tough-as-nails remix of Skepta’s iconic “That’s Not Me.” -NEST HQ
